ABOUT US

Toulavé Tlapky is a Czech non-profit organisation registered in Prague 21 July 2007. As a group of volunteers, we save the lives of homeless, stray, unwanted, tortured, sick and injured animals – mostly cats and kittens, but also dogs, horses etc. –  by offering shelter, adoption, hospice, and veterinary services. We take all necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our cats, including screening for infectious diseases, spaying and neutering, and other necessary activities. As a general policy, we set no limits on the amount of veterinary care which is being provided to a sick or injured animal to return it to a state of good health prior to placing it in a good home. 

We also believe in the importance of expanding the public's awareness for the need to neuter and vaccinate all pets.

As a private non-profit organisation we depend heavily on donations and legacies from the public. All the money we receive is solely used to benefit the animals.
